The first weekend with the real spring, yuhuuu, what a joy! I took advantage of the shining sun and the 15 degrees temperature and I went for a walk, looking for the most beautiful traditional Romanian villages. We have arrived in Rimetea, Alba, the only village in Romania awarded by the European Commission with the “Europa Nostra” Award for the preservation of the material cultural boundary. Here the houses are white, the window shutters are green, the streets are silent and the landscape breathless.
